Fuoco a perdere

On the Lampedusa littoral, areas are set aside for the storage of boats seized from people smugglers. The procedure is that these wrecks are set on fire and/or destroyed to prevent their reuse. Therefore, the photos I took show what is about to become ash. And in flames we can lost even something kept in a picture. Memory fades: "Whoever there is there, and whoever is not is not there.
